Article 2 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:

Supplementary agreement: an agreement whereby a consumer acquires products in connection with a distance contract and these products are supplied by CÉ or by a third party on the basis of an arrangement between that third party and CÉ.

Reflection period: the period within which a consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes relating to his trade, business, craft or profession.

Day: calendar day.
-
Durable medium: any instrument (including email) that enables the consumer or CÉ to store information in a way accessible for future consultation.

Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Distance contract: a contract concluded between CÉ and the consumer within the framework of an organised system for the distance selling of products.

Distance communication technology: means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and CÉ having to be in the same room at the same time.
Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from CÉ and to every distance contract concluded between CÉ and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available electronically.

If one or more provisions are declared null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in force.
Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind CÉ.

Each offer contains sufficient information to clearly indicate the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer.
Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer and fulfillment of the conditions set therein.

After placing an order, the consumer receives a confirmation by e-mail.

CÉ will provide the following information at the latest upon delivery:

The visiting address of the company where the consumer can go with complaints;

The conditions and manner in which the right of withdrawal can be exercised;
-
Information about warranties and after-sales service;
-
The price including taxes and any shipping costs.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (Returns policy)

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that the products are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

The cooling-off period commences on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, has received the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
-
Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days .

Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned.
Article 7 – Delivery and Execution

CÉ will take the utmost care when processing and shipping orders.

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise stated.

If delivery is delayed, the consumer will receive timely notification.

The risk of damage or loss of products rests with CÉ until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 8 – Complaints procedure

Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted to CÉ within a reasonable period of time, fully and clearly described.

The consumer will receive a response within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can submit the dispute to the competent court.
Article 9 – Liability

CÉ is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the supplied product.

CÉ's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
-
CÉ is not responsible for color variations between product photos and the item received.
Article 10 – Applicable Law
-
Agreements between CÉ and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law .

Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where CÉ is established.
