Shipping policy

Once production is completed, the order will be shipped. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code.
We ship with PostNL from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Netherlands

Letterbox package: €4.95

Standard shipping via PostNL: €6.95

Free shipping on orders from €125.00

European Union

Standard shipping: €9.95

Free shipping on orders from €175.00

For orders outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

If a delivery is refused or not accepted, the customer is responsible for any costs that may result.

FORCE MAJEURE

In exceptional situations, it may occur that we are unable to meet our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. In cases of force majeure, such as severe operational disruptions or issues in transportation, CÉ has the right to dissolve the agreement with the customer.

Naturally, we hope this will never be necessary, but should it occur, we will always inform you as soon as possible.
