Refund policy
We hope you’re happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note: Items purchased in the sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
Send an email to info@ce-official.nl to register your return.
You’ll then receive a return form from us, where you can fill in the following details:
- Item description
- Price
- Size
- Color
- Reason for return
Once we have received your request, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.
Important information
We can only accept returns if the item:
- Is in perfect condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Has all original labels still attached and intact
- Is free from odors, stains, or any signs of wear
Please make sure to pack the item neatly before returning it.
After 14 working days, we assume you wish to keep your order.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We recommend using a track & trace service so you can follow your parcel.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Exchanges or refunds
Would you prefer a different size? Let us know – we’re happy to exchange your item, provided the desired size is still in stock.
If an exchange is not possible, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your account within 30 days after receiving your return.
If you’ve received an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us. We’ll gladly help you find a suitable solution.
